The company

The company behind the service agreement.

All-Technologies has served Connecticut and the surrounding tri-state area since 2021. We are deliberately small, which means the people who design your environment are the people who answer when it breaks. Below is who runs the firm, how the work is divided, and exactly what you would be contracting with.

Leadership

Who runs the firm.

Two principals, both of whom you will meet. Neither of them disappears after the sale.

GV
Gerald F. Valenti
Founder

Gerry has spent more than thirty years designing and supporting technology for mission critical environments, the kind where an outage is a safety problem rather than an inconvenience. He is an electrical engineer with a Master's degree in Telecommunications, and he tends to come at a hard problem from an angle nobody else tried.

He founded All-Technologies in 2021, and the measure he holds the business to is whether clients stay clients.

Mike Chioffe
Principal Engineer

Mike has spent close to a decade running managed IT and integration work across Fairfield and New Haven counties. His day to day is the Microsoft estate and everything around it: tenant and identity configuration, Exchange at the PowerShell level, email security and deliverability, and incident response when a business email compromise turns into a real one.

How the work is divided

Four things have to be covered. These are ours.

Every client is assigned named engineers at the start of the engagement and told who they are. Nothing routes to a queue of strangers.

Design and architecture
Networks, firewalls, wireless, voice and structured cabling are designed before anything is installed, and documented as they are built. The Microsoft estate is treated the same way.
Day to day support
Users, endpoints, patching and the things that break on a Tuesday morning. Response targets are written into the agreement rather than implied, and the engineer who answers already knows your environment.
Security operations
Managed detection and response across the fleet, with a 24/7 analyst team behind it. Overnight coverage does not depend on who happens to be awake here.
Planning and procurement
Quarterly reviews, budget and refresh planning, hardware and licensing, and a single point of escalation to carriers, ISPs and line of business vendors.
How we are set up

Who you are actually contracting with.

Prospects ask this right before they sign, usually because a previous provider was vaguer about it than they should have been.

The contracting entity
Alliance Technology Partners, LLC, a Connecticut limited liability company, in business since 2021. All-Technologies is the name it trades under.
Where we are
1047 Danbury Road, Floor Two, Wilton, Connecticut 06897. 203 587 1345.
Where we work
Connecticut, the New York metro area and New Jersey, out to the Hamptons, Millbrook and Palm Beach.
Online
all-technologies.com is the company's domain and the address every email from us comes from. Anything claiming to be us from another domain is not us.
Partner status and certifications

We hold partner status and certification across the vendors we actually deploy, rather than a wall of badges collected for the website.

Why we do it this way

We run our own stack the way we would want ours run.

Most of the tools MSPs sell now belong to a handful of holding companies. The bundles are cheap because the lock-in is the product, and the client is the one who eventually pays for it — in coverage that quietly stops at whatever the bundle included.

So we choose each layer on its own merits: documentation, monitoring, managed detection and response with a real 24/7 analyst team behind it, backup, email security, and user training. Any one of them can be replaced without rebuilding the others. That takes more work on our side, and it is the reason a client's coverage matches what they were told they were buying.

The same principle applies to the relationship. Everything about your environment is documented as we build it, and it belongs to you. If you ever leave, you leave with it.

Want to talk to one of us?

The first conversation is thirty minutes, nothing gets installed, and you will get a straight answer about whether we are the right fit for what you are running.
